Will 986 springs fit a 911?

Just wondering if my Eibach Pro Kit will fit a 911? Anyone know? Do the model years matter?

Thanks.

The fronts might. I thought the 986 and 996 front parts were compatable. The rears likely won't. Plus, the 911 is heavier in the rear so the spring rates might not be as stiff as desired. Eibach would know. There catalog might also tell you based upon whether the part #'s are the same.
