rear spoiler not working
 

I have read over other threads, I'm So lost on solving my issue, I removed the spoiler assembly, put power on the poster and it works, my relays work when tested with a multimeter, I have pulled the plug on the manual switch and used a jumper wire, nothing, no click from relay.
I don't understand how the system works, I'm at the point of giving up as I'm out of my depth on what to check.

Have you checked the fuse?

I don't understand what you mean by "put power on the poster and it works". Do you mean the motor?
Did the spoiler work before? If so what has changed since it last worked?
As already mentioned check the fuse. If possible try another relay,
