Cam position sensors

I have a 2000 Boxster that just had a crank position sensor fail. Code 0336 i believe. Replaced it and runs great.i also replaced the AOS since i was getting smoke occasionally on start up. Since the cam position sensors are probably the originals from 2000, do any of you recommend replacing them as well as a preventative measure? Thanks

No, replace them when it is needed.
