986 Boxster S clutch mystery

Help! I had a Sachs clutch kit (plus flywheel, fork and pilot bearing) installed about 5000 km ago in my 2001 Boxster S by a reputable Porsche specialist near Toronto. A few weeks ago, I lost most of my clutch travel. Pedal engages right of the floor, and now is dragging when fully depressed. Work was still under warranty, so specialist pulled the transmission to inspect the clutch. Said all was well, and after replacing the slave cylinder, the problem persisted. The master cylinder is now replaced, everything bled and triple checked, and no change. The clutch barely disengages now. Pressure plate issue? What's left?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

If the problem reminds after they changed the parts you mentioned, perhaps the fork lever (throw out bearing) is worn or bent..
