Original tires question?

As I recently purchased a 2003 Boxster with 11,700 miles on the odometer, I was looking at the tires and wondering if any Boxsters were delivered with Michelin Pilot tires when new? Thanks for your help.

Yes, my 99' had 11k miles (this last June) and had the Pilots on it.

I bought a 2002 with 12k miles on it and it had Michelin Pilot Sports which I have no reason to believe they were something other than what came from the factory (appropriate amount of wear, matching set, etc).
