2001 Boxster S - Would like some opinions

I'd like to do some modifications on my Boxster S to make her sound better and perform a bit better. This is a Tiptronic S unfortunately however she was exactly what I wanted outside of a manual so I pulled the trigger. Now that I've had her for a while I've decided to either trade up (not as likely now that I'm expecting another child) or play with her a bit to get her performance and sound (and appearance) up a notch or two.

I won't perform work myself on the vehicle. What modifications seem to give the most obvious and exciting boosts to the car? If you had several thousand dollars to spend for example, on a stock vechicle (minus sound) what would you do to your boxster S?

I look forward to hearing some ideas and getting a bit more educated on the subject.

The search button is kinda in the middle/right hand side and near the top of the page. You would be amazed what kind of info pulls up when you key in the word horsepower or exhaust....it will keep you busy for days.

It's simple for "S" models,if you want power don't waste time or money, just supercharge it. The only other mod that gives gains for a reasonable price for "S" models is the EVO air intake system.
