Another Hard Starting Question

Hello,.I trust that 20 PSI of cranking fuel pressure 0n a 02' boxster 2.7 is NOT enough to start it,..I researched the form and I found where it's suppose to be 3.3 Bar,..which i think is to equal 30-35 PSI,it was hard to start 2-3 times last week./and now will not start at all, but really tries to,It sputters and pop's a lot then it just crank's, Thank's ,for the help...Frank

PSI times 14.504 equals bar...... so 3.3 bar would be 47.86 psi

Early cars did, it was on the fuel rail, later models, it is in the fuel tank.
