Driver window not staying down when open

When the top is up the window will drop when the handle is pulled but will not stay that way it comes back up to the fully closed position so it will not seat with the rubber when closed until either the door handle is pulled a little or window is wound down.

Is this the micro switch on the handle?

Any advice is appreciated

Garage
I am having the exact same issue. Frustrating. Still not sure which micro switch needs to be replaced.
