IMS repair in North NJ

Anyone replace their IMS in a shop in north NJ and how much did you pay? Got quoted $4k and want to weigh my options.

What bearing was the shop going to use? And what transmission does your car have? Both affect price.

PowerTech in Rockaway, NJ is a great shop, they do all my work and rebuilt my engine. Can't tell you what it would cost, but they would do a great job!
