Easy, I did this once already, Jack up the rear end of the car as high as you can get, lay under the center of the car under the doors. You have to remove the Center plastic cover that links the rear cover and front cover together.... You dont have to remove the engine cover at all. The feul filter is located pretty much at the rear-end of center console under the car.
Again remove the long center cover from the bottom of car and you'll see the filter. Loosen the water hose braces so you can move them slightly outta the way, remove the ground wire from the fuel filter... If its stuck like mine was, bend it until the tab from the fuel filter breaks off inside the ground wire plug. Remove the Black/Grey foam that holds the hoses in order by rotating it 1/4 turn and then pulling it down.
Then get some rags and watch your eyes cause not you have to loosen the clamp that holds the filter in place... Now unclamp both ends of the fuel hoses off the filter and quickly slide the new one in before all this feul leaks down your arm and through the deoterant under your arm. then repeat all steps in reverse order.
