Hi guys! I'm new here, just bought a 986 Base Tiptronic (for less than $2000
) I got it non-running and had to slap a used tiptronic unit in there, but that's a different story.
My CV axles started clicking, are there any aftermarket replacement options? I'm a little hesitant to run to the dealership for this, since parts will run me about $1900. Yikes.
I'm not opposed to rebuilding the CV joints either, I just need to find the parts! Everything out there seems to be either for the manual tranny or the Boxster S. The part number that I have is 986.332.024.08.
What are my options?
