My car barely broke 45k its a 01 Boxster S, replacing the exhaust and headers will it be a good idea to replace all the 02 sensors?

Hi,

You're into the territory where the sensors could come into issue. But they're not cheap, so I would not necessarily replace them at this time - 60k mi. is what Bosch recommends. But, be prepared to. OČ Sensors are somewhat delicate, and you could damage one or more when trying to swap them to your new setup.

To minimize that possibility, I would not remove them from the old headers until they have been removed from the car. This way, you can set them up in a vice at a height where you will get the greatest mechanical adavantage and aren't trying to do it at some odd angle. I think you'll reduce the possibility of damaging them if you do it this way. Good Luck!...

Here is a thread on a cheaper possible way to replace them.

I purhased my OEM replacement ones from autoparts warehouse. Good price. Free + fast shipping, and I was 100% satisfied.

good luck,
