Help with Engine fan body panel removal

Car: 2001 Boxster S

Problem: The exterior body vent panel for the engine fan is loose at the bottom. I assume thee is a clip or something missing or misaligned. I removed the screw at the top, but the panel does not want to come out.

Can anyone tell me if there is another step after removing the top screw. I have watched the videos on the air intake panel removal, and they just say to remove the screw and it pops out. This does not seem to be the case on my fan vent panel, and I wanted to see if I am missing something.

Thanks

Yes it snaps into place. Unfortunately old plastic usually breaks. a ittle blob of silicone could work when reinstalling. Or replace the vent.
