Cleaning the Radiators
Found a great how-to for cleaning the radiators on the 986, but it involves removing the front bumper. With some cars, removing the bumper can be really problematic, as in you try to replace it and it just doesn't want to line up the same way. Has anyone done it much personally to say one way or the other how easily the Boxster bumper goes back on?

Its pretty simple. I dont think you will have a problem lining it back up. I recently cleaned my radiators and didnt have any trouble. Well worth it too.

Removing & replacing the bumper is a relatively simple task on the Boxster. Those directions you listed are the same ones I used, good write-up. Here are a couple previous threads about it:
