itsnotanova Registered User Join Date: Jul 2013 Location: Bastrop, Tx Posts: 2,644	2000-04 2.7 and 3.2 use the same exhaust manifolds. The 03/04 have a different part number but they're the same and will fit. I've sold about 100 exhaust manifolds and no one has had a problem. FYI, catalytic convertors are almost worth their weight in gold right now. I'd say anything under $150 each is a good price __________________ Woody
