987 S transmission vs. 986 S transmission

I'm looking for a transmission for my twin turbo ABZ Boxster project. I'm hoping to run 700 crank HP through a factory box... There is a bunch of conflicting info out there on transmission, is the 987 S transmission worth the extra money over a 986 S transmission?

With the 986 S only a few holes on the bell housing mount up, there is no provision for a crank trigger and the starter notch is in the wrong place.

987 S solves all of these issues so it's the one to go for.

I took some pictures of a 987 6 sp, 986 6 sp and a 986 5 sp next to each other. I'll post some pics tonight
