You might contact some companies that sell hard brake lines and see if they can reference the actual number.

A 986 and 996 share the braking system. A couple of differences in calipers/disks depending on models and I think the GT3 uses a different master cylinder, but I believe the piping is the same
engine firewall forward they are pretty much the same cars
