Unhappy Where does the oil come from?

Hi guys!
Not all new here but been away for some time....

My problem:
On a trackday smoke came out due to oil on the right rmanifold! Some 1 litre oil came out in about 25 minutes. There was oil, mostly on the left side of the motor compartment and even on the inside of the rim ..
Filled it up and drove home....

No smoke and no visible oil consumtion on the way home - 150 km. After a night in the garage.... no stains on the floor!
There´s a FVD Brombacher motorsport oil pan mounted this winter.

My questions:
Where can the oil come from?
Can the AOS release that amount of oil?
Can it be that "thing" again?
The summer of 2018 I changed the AOS due to smoke out of the exaust pipes.

Anyone got a clue?

(The car is a Boxster S 2002 with Tiptronic and Michelin Sport Cup2.)

Did the smoke come out of the exhaust? Or just out from under the car?

These cars are notorious for overheating the power steering fluid at the track and having it overflow out the vent tube. Might be time for an underdrive pulley

I´m not sure... It´s not that easy to watch what happens in the back when youré driving. Smoke? absoluty! But from where??
There was a lot of oil dripping under the engine, on the rear right side.
The exhaust pipes looks clean...

But here it released about 1 litre of motor oil! That I´m sure of.
The only thing I´m sure of...

An oil mist on that side of the motor isn't uncommon. It should be solved, but don't panic.
The infamous "smoke bomb" is extremely common on boxsters at the racetrack. Do a search, you'll find lots of hits.

Perhaps these two unrelated things combined are what you're seeing?

But if you're actually DRIPPING liquid motor oil off of the right side of the motor, then your problem likely lies in the crossover tube. It's a black accordion-like corrugated tube, about 1" diameter, crosses the top of the motor, connects to the AOS. It's 20 yrs old.... brittle, prone to breaking.

Item #4 in the attached diagram.

If it's not that, then you've got a bigger problem someplace.

I'd probably start by smoking the crankcase.

I was hot dogging my 02' 2.7 over the weekend coming down a small canyon road ,.I started smelling and seeing smoke from the rear, didn't have the issue going up hill just down hill,..I thought it was just oil vapers until I seen the smoke Vortexing behind me,..(I am sure they thought I lost a engine ). but got off the gas road flatten out and smoke cleared up and that was it..I have a new Porsche AOS just a few months old,I don't know if that's the problem but most likely it is for me anyway, at least Iam hoping that was it. I wonder if a 1st year engineer designed that thing,.it should have been designed with tubing inside and not a diaphragm.
