Door wont open
 

Hi

I had an issue where on the drivers side, the windows did not drop when opening and the alarm beeped when the car was locked , so today I changed the door lock mechanism , tried it 10 times and all good, windows dropped ok and the alarm didnt beep , but then nothing , door will not open from either inside or outside , putting the key in doesnt do anything, you can hear the motor click when you press then button on the remote, anyone got any thoughts
