Need Advice on Side View Mirror Trim Issue
 

Hi gang,

A couple of months ago I found this part "released" from the mirror and hanging down:

I pushed it back up, but now every time I drive the car, it becomes partly unattached from the housing. The part is clearly available, so can I replace it without removing the mirror completely?

Does anyone know if this can be replaced without taking off the mirror? I don't want to break anything!
