986 dies on startup or idles rough and gas pedal does not work

Hello, this is my first major problem with my 01 986. I bought and installed 2 Downstream Bosch smart link o2 sensors and wired them onto the existing post-cat o2 sensor connectors.
When I started up the car it died immediately. After a few tries while holding down the gas pedal, I was able to get it roughly idling on 1000 rpm but now the accelerator pedal does not work. After driving it around the parking on 5 mph, 7 cel codes pop up and they are as follows: p1219, 1578, 0103, 0132, 0152, 0138, 0158. First 2 are accelerator pedal related, p0103 is MAF related and the last 4 are all post and pre cat related. What could have gone wrong to trigger all of these cels and what can I do to fix it? Did someone have this happen to them before? Any advices?
