Door window issue
 

When I open the passenger door, the window does not seem to lower as much as the drivers door window, sometimes the window sticks on the convertible top, however when I lower the convertible top the passenger door window seems to lower just fine.....any idea what is going wrong? Seems like if the window sticks when opening the door it would stick when opening the convertible top.....
