IMS flange nut and bolt torques?

Does anyone know the proper torque values for reinstalling the IMS flange (the 3 bolts that hold the flange on and the center nut)?

The torque is 10 nm (7 ft-lb) on those bolts.

Thanks.
And for the center nut? Pelicans says 24 ft/lb (but it is not clear to me if that is for the original flange and center bolt or for the LN kit which has a stronger center bolt), elsewhere I saw 12 nm. Provisionally I torqued to about 15 ft/lb which seems about right as long as the original bolt is not too fragile.

IMS Solution manual says.

Center IMS flange nut torque must be at least 12 ft/ lb,but not to exceed 20 ft/lb
