Help! Power locks ! New owner

Hi,
New owner of a 2000 Boxster base auto. I took delivery of her yesterday and have a week to decide if I’m keeping her. I really want to keep it.

So the remote lights up when buttons are pushed but nothing locks or unlocks..The windows drop as expected when the door is opened. Will not lock manually on first or second turn of the key but you can hear the locks actuate. The drivers door will lock on a third turn of the key but not the passenger side. Checked the fuses in the box with a multimeter and all were fine.

Separate issue is the radio will not turn on haven’t check the fuse on the radio yet but could also just be a bad radio.

Rear spoiler does not actuate automatically.

I appreciate any help ! Really love this car and finding one with miles this low is a challenge

Exactly. If those minor items nagged the previous owner I'd be wondering what else is lurking waiting to be revealed.
