Power Window technical questions

So I have sent my Immobilzer off to be looked at (I am praying it is bad). But I have a feeling it will be fine..... Just how my luck is.

So I got out my Bently book and started looking at diagrams.

My question is this. I know I was told NOT to put my key in the ignition or start the car if I removed the driver seat to remove the Immo. But I left the seat in the car. All I did was tilt it forward in place and remove the IMMO.

So can I power up the car with the Immo out, the seat plugged in, and not trip any codes that will cost me a fortune to have reset by my local Porsche dealer. I would like to run some pin point tests on my harness.
