Break-in oil for OEM engine

I have a new OEM 2.7L that I'm putting in my 986. It's been sitting around in a warehouse for a long time so I plan to drain whatever oil is in it. Does Porsche do any break-in of the engines in the factory? If not I'm assuming that good practice would be to use a break-in oil.

You want to use the LN engineering Break in oil BR- something. Go to their website & it gives break in instructions. Porsche dosn't do any break in on the engines

To follow up: contacted LN. Received a detailed personal response from LN's Charles Navarro with numerous supporting pdf's. Excellent!
