Oil Leak

I recently purchased a 99 with about 55k on it. It has an oil leak but I have not had a chance to find where it is coming from. I believe it is a rear main seal simply from looking at it as it sits on the ground, but that is just a guess.
Does anybody have any other ideas on what it could be and how much it might cost to fix?
Thanks in advance!

It could be the "spark plug tube" or something along those lines.
Worse case,RMS leak, should be around $1k to fix at a dealership.

if it comming from the rms.i had to change it for $2400 at the porsche dealership.

You have to get the car in the air to really figure out where the leak is coming from.

RMS and cam cover seals are the usual suspects.

Thanks guys. . . will it likely cause any damage if it doesn't get fixed immediately if it is the RMS or a cam seal?
