Removing wheel bearing chassis off axle/shock

Good evening, 1st post in the group. I am in the process of removing the right rear wheel bearing chassis. I have everything dismantled but I cannot get it to pull off the axle and off the shock tower.

Any advice on this step? Can add photos if that will help.
