Hazard and turn signal lights issues

I hope somebody can give me good advice on how to fix this problem with my 2003 Boxster S. My hazard lights do not work. The turn signals do not work, but when I press the hazard light switch, the turn signals blink for only 3 times then it stops. I checked the fuses and all looked intact. I replaced the relay but still the issues remain.

I felt for the carpeting and it is not wet. I've checked this forum and other websites for possible solutions, but haven't found a fix. My next alternative would be to bring it to a Porsche specialist, but I'm hoping somebody in this forum would be able to help me.

I'm pretty sure there are flasher relays, check that/those. They could be the source of your troubles. Or you could have some sort of short in the stalk, or the light switch itself.

Thanks for your email Geof. Already replaced the hazard relay and it didn’t do anything. I’ll check the stalk next. Have a good day.

I know from own experience that without a functioning hazard light switch, turn signals won't work. So I'd check the switch and replaced it if needed.
