Codes P1340 and P1531 help

I got the following codes today:

P1340 Timing Chain out of Position, Bank 1 - Below (or Above) Lower Limit

P1531 Camshaft Adjustment Bank 1

My car has 127,000 miles on it. Are these major issues? Is it okay to drive it to my mechanic, or do I need to have it flatbedded?

Thanks.
