Not much heat out of heater

I've done search after search but can't find anything on what it could be.

My blower fan blows fine. Ac is super cold, but heat is barely warm. I drove it around and got the motor warm, felt both heater core hoses and both were equally hot. Took loose the panel under passenger dash and the pink armature moves back and forth when you change temperature on the dash control.
So what's keeping it from getting hot like normal?

By the way it's very common problem and relevant threads are all over here... your search skill needs some improvement😁

Yes, the dreaded foam in the face! I haven't done mine YET... Probably this spring. Mine so far isn't too bad. Amazing how big some of those chunks are!

I hated those foam pieces that melt in your hands into nasty tar. The repair was a lot easier than I thought once I got to it. It was amazing how the blen doors looked, clean as if no foam was ever there with holes all over like Swiss cheese. Cold 15F morning I still get heat within 5min. With small cabin and hardtop, Boxster can be a great winter car, and I'm getting a set of dedicated snow tires!
