Cool Humming Noise Diagnosed

I took my 99 down to the dearlership and the right rear bearing needs to be replaced. Thinking that I can handle this I have completed the following:
1. Caplipers removed.
2. Rotor removed.
3. Used a new puller to try and pull the hub?, off of the axle.
4. This is where I got scared and stopped. I need to get a manual as there are no articles on how to do this.

Has anyone completed a bearing removal on this site that can help.
