Door mirror screw MIA

Hi All,

Removed the passenger mirror today to remove the plasti-dip the previous owner poorly applied. Upon removing the forward-most mirror mounting screw it fell off my (magnetic) screwdriver, and into the abyss of the door panel. If I remove the inner door trim will I find this screw at the bottom of the door, or is it likely stuck up somewhere else?
