For my rear, I normally use a 10" OZ with an et 40 offset, with a 3 mm spacer, which brings the total offset down to 37 mm.

I am using this with a 285 30-18 RE71R tire, which has a maximum section width of about 11.4" on this wheel.

With my ride height and -2.5 degrees camber, this set up does not scrub the fenders, but looks like it is about the widest set-up possible without rolling fenders.

Yours may work, but it will be close.
