I wasn't aware that the VIN was stored in the cluster much less that it could be transferred. I was very diligent in documenting the cluster swap with photos and documentation from ODO-Pro showing the requested change. With a low mileage car that has had the cluster upgraded (replaced) there are red flags all over the place. With my efforts, CarFax and some other sources I think I am covered.
