Most efficient gear for Interstate Cruising?

Does anyone have any thoughts as to what the most fuel efficient gear would be on a Boxster S for Interstate cruising at around 80 mph? Obviously, the lowest RPM's would be in 6th but I don't think that means it is the most fuel efficient at this relatively slow speed? With gas prices the way they are, no sense in wasting it when performance isn't in the equation.
