Activating Cruise Control

I took my 03 986S to my shop today to get the cruise activated. They use a KTS650 w/Porsche software. The cruise was able to be turned on in the DME but in the Cluster area/Coding the module returned a message requiring the Order Code. They did not understand what that was and just said there was a problem w/ my cluster or wiring. As I re-read the Pelican DIY it seems for my year the order code is 986320. Can anyone tell me where the shop needs to enter this so I can try it again? Thanks

Bob
