986 B4 fuse blowing

Hi, I did search on this but came up short.

That said I think my car may have one

I have a 986 2002 S and long story short is the fans stopped working. I also get the slow blink in the temp gauge when car is stopped in traffic (hot where I live). Replaced the 15a fuse @ B4 which was blown. Fans worked again for a short period and the fuse blew when right rear engine compartment fan was running. When I say short I am talking like 90 seconds.

Any suggestions as to next step? Can I replace the 15a with a 20a? Or will that create a flaming heap or guarantee a new short circuit because I will burn up the wiring?

Thanks in advance, Joe in Atlanta
