Cruise control on a 2000 Boxster
 

Hopefully someone can answer/resolve my problem. Have cruise control (currently doesn't engage) and when I turn it on, the light comes on. Unfortunately when I try to set the cruise (at any speed) nothing happens. Is the module shot? Any suggestions?:confused:

Check to make sure all your brake light bulbs work. I don't know why but they can mess up the cruise control. If they work the next place to check it the clutch pedal switch.

Thanks Tommy. Lights are OK. I'll check the clutch pedal switch.

I have the same problem. The fix on mine is to replace the Brake light switch. I am ordering one shortly.
