Resonance tube install direction
 

Hello

I searched and could find a definite answer to this question. I removed my resonance tube to clean it. It has an arrow on top and I should have paid more attention when I removed it, but I didn't. Which way should that arrow point when I reinstall it? The diagrams and videos I've seen posted seem to show it installed in differing directions. Thanks for your help!

Well, this was most certainly a dumb question and I'm sorry for having bothered you all with it.

Rather than delete this thread, I'm going to post the answer so as to prevent someone else from future embarrassment of asking such a dumb question.

The arrow on top of the resonance tube should point to the right (passenger) side of the car.
