Thank you for the info. The wire colors and passenger location cut time off of this project for sure .

In my case I was using XK-Glow LED strips which requires a positive trigger. I used a relay to do this.

Relay pole details are as follows:

86 (Input) - Negative (Brown w/ Yellow Stripe - Porsche sends negative as trigger)
85 - 12v +
87 - 12v +
30 (Output) - Positive Trigger (For me this was the XKGlow trigger wire from the controller)

Worked like a charm.
