Boxster Stereo Not Working??
 

My Boxster's stereo isn’t working I was told its not working because battery was disconnected and now I need a special code to get it working again. And I do no have my owner’s manual with the code. What do I do?

You'll have to bring your car to a dealership and ask them to pull the radio and give you the code. Most do this for free or for a very small charge. Call before you go and ask if they'll do it for free. Really!

Get the four digit code and write it down somewhere you won't forget to find it because you'll need it every time you disconnect the battery or the battery dies.

Yup, the stealership charged me $10. I'd have complained about it but I didn't see it on the bill until a while later when I was filing it away.

Check under your hood where the option codes are at. Sometimes its written on there.....I know mine was ;)
