Does this fix the slow blinking problem?

This is a fix to the "No blink" problem (when you press a button and the remote doesn't blink at all).

We are aware of the slow blink problem - a friend of mine with a 996 has this problem as well - so we are actively looking for a solution. When we find it, we'll post it on the forum.
