Engine support for floor or transmission jack?

Does anyone know of a source for a "support" or "cradle" or "jig" (I don't know what to call it) that can be attached to a floor jack or transmission jack that could be used to lower an engine more securely than without?

Here is a photo of such an item used on air cooled VW and Porsche motors. This particular vendor does not have anything for water cooled motors.

As always, thanks in advance for your response and creative ideas.

Some people have used a $100 mechanical transmission jack from HF to remove an engine:

I used a motorcycle jack.
