MAFS? Codes P1133 &P1126

2001 Boxster S CEL came on mechanic found Codes P1133 and P1126. Replaced the MAFS with new Bosch unit and CEL came back on almost imediately, less than 4 miles. Help?

Both are fuel trim codes, P1126 indicates you have reached the fuel enrichment limit, an indication of an air leak in the intake system for bank 1, 1133 is the fuel trim for bank 2. Neither has anything to do with the MAF.
