Another rack rod question

I am finally getting around fixing the clunk on the passenger side rear.
She is a stock 03 with 64,000 miles. I put on about 50 miles a week
On the clock. I have two ok maybe three questions.
1 should I replace both sides when replacing the rods?
2 what else should I do or replace when do this?

Thank you for your help

Trailing arms?
I would change both at the same time and the drop links and lower control arms if not already done. On my 03 the control arm bushing the trailing arms bolt through were cracking when I replaced mine 51K.
