Curtesy lights pin out

Hi Guys, does anyone know which wire at the ecu becomes live when the car is unlocked/opened that power up the curtesy lights in the doors? I am building a transparent engine cover and would like to fit LED strip lights in the engine compartment that light up when the door lights do.

I know I can probably trace a wire where it enters the door, but if I can pick this wire up at the ecu, it will make what I'm trying to do, a much neater and easier job.

any help will be appreciated.
