poping noice from engine on take off

2000 boxster S, on take off if not giving good throttle i get this poping noise from the enging, doesn`t matter if the car is hot or cold.

Just imagine sitting on a hill, then dip the clutch and tap the throttle as you do to take off, you feel the engine like it had a stamina if you know what i mean, cant explain any better realy, once you are on the move there is not an issue at all

Please help.

It would be great if you could post a video with audio of the popping noise.

Has the front engine mount ever been replaced? If it's just a noise, and not a misfire or engine power type of problem, my first guess would be a worn/cracked mount.

the pop comes from the right hand side engine vent....R/H drive

That is because it is the nearest 'hole' to the outside from the front engine mount.
Just take the cover off behind the seats and blip the accelerator while watching the mount. Probably not while driving ....
