adjusting boxster window horizontally?

My driver side window currently is set half an inch too far back. This is leading to a crazy amount of wind noise. Is there a detailed process for adjusting the window forward?

Truth be told I don't mind too much as I have the windows and top down usually however my girlfriend has ear popping issues and the wind noise drives her nuts.

Go to Pelican Parts and search Projects for window regulator replacement. Basically you disassemble the inner door panel, lots of electrical connections and the airbag! Not too bad a project. Inside the door, the window is clamped to the regulator, once inside loosen the clamps to slide fore and aft.
