Wheels and tires

Does anyone have experience or opinions on the Usarims? I'm looking for something that won't break the bank and they seem reasonable. Also, tires. I did use the search but I didn't find what I was looking for. What I'm after may be a stretch but here it is: reasonable price, sticky and quiet. I don't care if they only last 5000 miles if they fit this criteria. I don't care about wet performance as this car (02 S) will not see rain.

No experience with usarims. As for tires, go for these

I have hankook RS-3 and they are very sticky, reasonable price, but are not what I would consider quiet; they are noisier than my previous Sumitomo htr z III which very very reasonably priced, pretty sticky, and pretty quiet. For max sticky combined with quiet, maybe a Porsche N rated tire, like michelin PS2 if in 17's or PSS if on 18's, but they are major $$$.

Michelin Pilot Super Sport. Meet all your criteria, especially price, since they'll last a lot longer than 5,000 mi.!

How big is the bank?

Remember a few years back when they were talking about the banks that were "too big to fail"?
This isn't one of them!
